•Sales and Leasing Boot camp- Seven (7) to eight (8) hour
sales/leasing seminar training. Course includes PowerPoint
presentation and a 40 page workout. This will cover all the
effective leasing techniques that every leasing professional should
know. This class will motivate your leasing staff to do what it takes
to be the best leasing consultants they can be. From the
telephone presentation, to the proper way to “greet” a prospect,
to dynamic demonstration skills, to closing the deal.
•Sales and Leasing Half-Day Boot camp- Three (3) to four (4) hour
sales and leasing seminar. Course covers a shortened version of the
all day Boot camp class.
•One-on- one Coaching Session- On-site, one-on-one
training/trouble shooting regarding problem areas within your
property. This includes a follow up assessment of the staff, the
property and the market. It will also include suggestions on new
and creative ways to market the property to increase traffic.
•Half Day Training- Three (3) to four (4) hour class to choose from
the following topics: Telephone Techniques, Closing the Deal, Goal
Setting, Leasing is Sales, Fair Housing, Customer Service, and
•Lunch & Learn- One (1) to two (2) hour class to choose from the
above listed topics.
