We are a local, leading source for apartment rental shopping analysis.  Our goal is to evaluate the leasing consultant for their sales ability and customer service.  Once evaluated, each client will have the best resource to determine their staff’s training needs!

Like training, mystery shopping cannot be perceived as an expense, but as an invaluable tool for increasing closing ratios, improving staff motivation, monitoring training effectiveness, and most of all, increasing profitability. Below is a list of the areas of consulting that we offer in conjunction with the shopping services:

Train on-site staff in areas of sales and basic management skills.
Review/analyze cash flow and budget numbers to determine  
         financial weaknesses. 
In the Mid-South market, visit the property on a weekly basis for a
         set period of time to ensure staff is continuing to work toward the
         best interest of the property. 
Review resumes and/or interview potential employees.
On-site property inspection with recommendations to enhance
          leasing numbers.
Develop a marketing plan of action to generate traffic.
Create new or revise old marketing materials (i.e. flyers, newspaper
         or apartment book ads) to help increase traffic.
Meet with owner to discuss challenges in the market and ways to
         overcome.
Mystery shop competition in sub market to determine your
         property’s competitive edge.
